Hi Guys, Mixing it up a little.. in the kitchen of course! Going to show you how to make a Tasty Omelet from the Healthy Skin Diet by Karen Fischer - for those of you who don’t know I’m following an 8 week eating program for clearer skin! This recipe can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch - super versatile and super tasty! Stuff you will need : Chopping Board, Teaspoon, 2 x Small Bowls, Fork, Knife, Fry Pan, Sauce Pan Lid, Plate, Egg Flip and Utensils. Food - 1 x Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 Tomatoe diced, Handfull of Baby Spinach or Baby Rocket, 1/4 of Red Onion diced, 2 x Free Range Eggs, 1 x Teaspoon of Water, 1/4 Teaspoon of Tamari or Salt Reduced Soy Sauce, 1 x Teaspoon of Sweet Chilli Sauce and Pepper. Serves: 1 COOKING TIME FOR OMELET : 3 - 4 mins on a medium heat, but check every so often to make sure it’s not burning.
