This is a wonderful, healthy dish that can be eaten at any meal. 3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped 1 celery stalk, chopped 1/4 c onion, chopped 1/4 bell pepper, diced 1 red delicious apple, cored an diced 1 c red seedless greapes, halved 1/2 c chopped pecans salt and pepper to taste 1 c mayo (if you find it’s too dry, you may need to add more) In large bowl combine all ingredients. This can be served as a salad, over greens or as a sandwich.
