This is a really simple yummy meal. Ingredients: 2 medium-Large onions 5 (or so) gloves of garlic 2 chicken breasts (i used free range) Small punnet of light cream bottle of pesto (you’ll love coles style!) one and a half packets of penne pasta salt and pepper fresh basil Parmesan cheese ***OPTIONAL*** pine nuts are AMAZING in this dish. Also some diced bacon can be nice. cook the diced bacon and sprinkle the pine nuts and bacon over the top.
