For years I used corn oil to cook with as told to do. That it was better for my health. Doctors are not always right. I now have diabetes and fighting to get rid of it through diet. I’m improving with lifestyle changes, such as eating habits but have a long way to go with ups and downs. I agree on any kind of corn. Toss it out the window. If you have mashed potatoes with corn - that is two starches. Bad. I did not know that. Eat a diet high in fiber and protein. Use stevia also.

First, being a diabetic myself for many years, one of the “least of bad things to ingest”, The corn oil, corn tortillas, (for ex:) comparing against flour tortillas, actually doesnt take you to the heavens,,, let alone allow the drops, in surgars in the body,, “SPIKING” does the worst by harming the kidneys. For ex:, Corn syrup on the other hand ,along with high sugar content, masks and churns within the body and the worst part is that the mind still craves more. never satisfied even,.god bless
