   Hi Stan… Thanks for a great demo. Fortunately I am on VB and can get more specific ingredients but from the video, I don’t catch — you might say it — but I don’t catch what marinades, rubs, and steak sauces you use. And I am kind of with Mrrple. Give the text a few more seconds. Other than that, I hope you do more of these, and I just might have to try this myself. What happens if you use the marinade as part of the liquid that you use to make the seitan instead of marinating it?
