Mark & Samer Salmon have introduced new dessert display cases at the Gourmet Strawberry Deli in the Strawberry Village Shopping Center (next to Ideal Stationers and West America Bank). Chef Samer (Sam) has finally brought his fabulous dessert creations inhouse. Shown here are Princess Cake, Orange Savarin, Eclair w/Vanilla Creme, Fruit Tart w/Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Sacher Cake w/Chocolate Ganeche, Carrot Cake q,cream cheese mousse, and Apricot Almond Tart.
