Hmmm the lack of tofu, chickpea flour, baking powder and tumeric are probably why my experiments never worked. Will definitely try these. Wouldn’t hard tofu be a bit chunky in the batter?

Do you think that …
Do you think that this recipe might still work with some other flour than wheat flour? I’m vegan AND gluten-intolerant. The gluten intolerance has come up fairly recently so I’ve been trying to learn some new recipes.

I wish I could help you on this one, but I’m not familiar enough with gluten-free baking. I would suggest spelt flour, but there’s still gluten in it.

Is there any kind of chocolate filling you can suggest? (Before I was vegan) I once had a nutella crepe but I think that has dairy in it so I was just wondering!
