I just thought I would share with you some of the things I have been eating since I completed the master cleanse in hopes to establish a nice and healthy diet.

I have been eating hummus like there is now tomorrow, I love it with cucumbers! Baby carrots are good in it also!

I eat the salsa with rye crackers for a healthy little snack. Enjoy!
