It is tasty. This is a ‘jerk rub’ and is used on pork, fish, chicken and vegetables. Cayenne is a powder form of chili, habanaro and sometimes other hot peppers. Fresh ingredients (not dry) in an oil/water base marinate, cooked on open fire is the preferred (traditional) way for chicken and the best.
