motiz, what brand of tahini do you highly recommend? Also, is tahini a little bitter?
I’m surprisingly …
I’m surprisingly not picky about tahini. My requirement is that it be 100% ground hulled sesame. There shouldn’t be any other ingredient in the jar! And yes, tahini by itself may be sharp. This is why we mix it with salt and lemon juice.
